Prescott Police have arrested the second co-owner of a local asphalt company on Fraud and Theft charges.

The Department says eight additional victims have come forward in the past couple of weeks, claiming that Anderson Asphalt Service and Contracting never completed jobs that had already been paid for. The victims’ combined losses total almost $156,000.

Police arrested one of the company owners on January 30th, and after a review of potential charges against the other owner by the Yavapai County Attorney’s office, he was arrested on Tuesday.
