Yavapai County will begin placing No Parking signage and barriers along the County-maintained section of Dry Creek Road, northwest of Sedona, on Monday.

The project will include installation of about 900 feet of chain-and-post barrier on both sides of Dry Creek, and No Parking signage every 150 feet. Work will take place Mondays through Thursdays, between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., over the next five weeks.

Drivers should expect lane closures and delays of up to 15 minutes during the project; and the City of Sedona encourages the public to use the free Sedona Shuttle both during construction and after. You can find route and schedule information at sedonashuttle.com.
