Yavapai County Assessor sending out Notices of Value to property owners

Yavapai County Seal

February 16, 2024

Yavapai County property owners will be receiving their Notices of Value from the County Assessor’s Office in the coming days.

The assessed values will be used to calculate property tax bills for 2025; and the Notice also includes the prior year’s valuation, so citizens can see any increase or decrease. The median value of single-family homes in the county has decreased by about 3%.

If you believe your property valuation and/or Legal Class is incorrect, you can find instructions on the Notice for how to file a Petition for Review.
