Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a Paulden man Saturday night, after a gunshot allegedly went from his house through his neighbors’ home.

According to YCSO, the alleged victims told deputies that a bullet had gone through their wall, a window and their two-month-old baby’s bedroom, while they were inside.Deputies located the bullet hole, and determined the shot appeared to have come from a neighboring home. They spoke with the occupants, and inside, deputies noticed casings, bullets and a handgun consistent with the bullet hole.

One resident admitted to owning the gun, and said he is the only one who uses it, but that he did not know anything about a gunshot. However, based on their investigation, deputies arrested him on multiple charges, including recklessly handling a firearm, endangerment and aggravated assault.
