The last of the evacuated residents near Monday’s construction site fire in Prescott Valley were allowed to return to their homes on Tuesday afternoon.

According to Prescott Valley Police, four apartments across the street from the burned Legado site required repairs before the families could safely return.

As Florentine Road remains closed between Glassford Hill and Lake Valley, construction personnel began work Tuesday to cut a new road to the BMO Bank—just northwest of the Legado site—from Park Avenue, so that the business can be reopened.
