Two more targets of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch-22 program were arrested last week.

Silent Witness says that based on several anonymous tips, the Page Police Department located Day 19 target Adakai Anderson at a local business. He was able to sneak away, but based on the public’s tips and pressure from law enforcement, Anderson turned himself in at the Camp Verde Jail on February 19th.

He had been wanted for probation violation, stemming from a conviction in a Page domestic violence case and failure to appear in court.

And last Thursday, Day 21 target, Jennifer Nack, was arrested by U.S. Marshals in El Cajon, California. Nack was also wanted for probation violation, after being convicted in a 2019 aggravated DUI case out of Prescott; and she is currently awaiting extradition back to Arizona.

In total, nine Catch-22 targets have been arrested since the latest phase of the program started in mid-January.
