Prescott PD seeking additional victims in Anderson Asphalt fraud investigation

February 16, 2024

The Prescott Police Department continues their investigation into fraud allegations against a local asphalt company.

The Department says that after one part-owner of Anderson Asphalt Service and Contracting was arrested in late January for allegedly failing to complete paid work and to pay subcontractors, police have received more reports from people claiming to be victims of the company.

Any victim or witness who has not already spoken with police can contact investigators at 928-777-1900, extension 5644.
