Yavapai County will begin improvement work Monday, April 15, on a section of Cornville Road.

Crews will be milling, then repaving the roadway between Loy Road and Windmill Park, along with replacing the guardrail and removing the pedestrian island in the 9700 block of Cornville Road.

One lane of traffic will remain open at all times; but there will be restrictions, reduced speeds, and flagging operations throughout the work zone between 8:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays until May 9. Paving work will take place overnight on April 16 and 17.
